We used one of the Transylvanian people's favorite spices, caraway seeds, for one of our favorite cheeses. The cheese is made from mountain milk, which gives it a pleasantly sweet taste, and although the caraway flavor dominates, its bitterness is lost, so it tastes like a summer meadow.
