A creamy, soft, easy-to-handle, elastic cheese that captivates with its slightly salty, slightly sour taste. It also has slightly milky and buttery notes, making it a favorite among children. After a short maturation period, it gains its final character, then is kneaded into a round shape, and finally cut into triangles and packaged to make it attractive to the eye.
