Raspberry blossom honey is rich in potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium and phosphorus minerals, and vitamins C, B1, B2, and A. The immune-boosting, antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory beneficial effects of raspberry honey are well known. Raspberry honey is prone to crystallization. Crystalline honey can be restored to its original state in 45C water on the edge of a tiled stove without damage.
